Prepared Childbirth Class Series
This
four week series class includes information on the labor
and delivery process, breathing/pushing and relaxation
techniques, pain options, cesarean birth and postpartum
care. Also included is a hospital tour
of the Labor and Delivery department. A separate Infant
Safety & CPR class and a separate
Breastfeeding Your Baby are the optional classes that
are included with all childbirth classes but schedule on
a different day then your childbirth
