The fastest way to register for classes! We provide fast, convenient, secure online registration. After registering for classes you will receive an email confirmation and directions to class.
Medical Coupons
Please fill out the DSHS Medical Coupon Contact Form and someone from our office will contact you and register you over the phone for classes. You need to have your medical coupon handy when you receive a phone call to register. All medical coupons are subject to verification and eligibility. Please note that DSHS medical coupons only cover one childbirth class and one breastfeeding class per pregnancy. You can also call us directly to register for class using a medical coupon at (360) 754-8080 or by mail following the mail-in registration directions below.

Registration is required for all classes
- Select a class that best meets your needs
- Print out and complete the Registration Form
- Mail the registration form, along with payment or a copy of your medical coupon to:

Once payment is received, a confirmation letter will be sent to you via email or mail with directions to class and what to bring noted as well.
If you have any questions or if your plans change regarding your class, please call
(360)754-8080 as soon as possible as there is a waiting list for most classes.
NW Childbirth Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If your plans change and you're unable to attend class, you will be refunded your registration fee minus a $5 cancellation fee. In order to be refunded, your cancellation must be received at least 5 days before the first day of class or you will be given the opportunity to register for another class. No refunds are granted after attending the first class. Credit card payment refunds generally take about five days to process. Refunds of check or money order payments take about four weeks to be processed and will be mailed to your home. Although very rare, NW Childbirth reserves the right to cancel any class which has insufficient registration. We will make every effort to notify registrants of cancellations as soon as possible and refund your class fee in full.
Additional Class Information:
Please note that your materials and water are provided for class. If you wish to bring along anything else to help make yourself comfortable, please do so. Please wear comfortable clothing. If you have any physical challenges, such as hearing or vision impairments, or other conditions needing special consideration, please contact us before your class, so we can arrange for your needs.
Inclement Weather Conditions:
Inclement weather conditions will occasionally force cancellation of classes. If your class is cancelled, you will be contacted within 72 hours to reschedule your class. If you are unsure about a class cancellation, please contact us at (360) 754-8080
